It's a good idea.
Here is some possible conflict -- that comes to mind, though.
[list]-Someone has to host an audio stream. (prefers Shoutcast.)
-Numerous songs would have to be gathered.
-Tons of anime-radio stations already exist.
-If you want requests, a DJ might be required.[/list:u]

It'd be kinda neat, but overall I think it would be more trouble then it's worth. The people one fakku probably have pretty differing tastes in music and the only unifying genre that would fit the site would have to be some kind of anime soundtrack kinda stuff, even then it'd be hard to please everyone with it. Good thinkin though, I've thought of a few small things I thought would improve fakku, but a radio function never even crossed my mind.
