[Locked] Just purchased Renai Sample. Where do I get the download?

Man, we're in the same boat as my friend that he bought a book and he needs to purchase it AGAIN. We need a refund for the book we bought digitally. He used my account to buy a book named Hana Funa because he doesn't have an account in FAKKU

My friend lost a fucking $19.00 dollars yesterday. My friend purchased a book on this account named "Hana Fuda" book. I didn't really read it but my friend found a free shit. He wasted a fucking $19.00 dollars for that book and he found that book for free for fucks sake.

Both of you need to email or Privately Message Jacob (or email the store itself) to get this situated because he can help you out with your purchase issues no problem. Renai sample should have gone through so that one won't be as difficult.

@Stanford: as for HanaFuda, you should have read that on here that ordering the book was only a pre-order so you cannot view the book until the date it will be released officially (yes this even goes for digital copies). With the free copy you found online, keep in mind this isn't a new book so there will be older copies or even scanlated copies off works on the internet to find.

People who hate the idea of buying there porn can find it for free if they look, but honestly I don't mind supporting fakku books myself since it isn't expensive and if enough people get the digital, a physical may be released. Also all of the books are re-translated and reworked so there will be some differences. As I said, talk to Jake about this issue and if you aren't happy with anything he'll help you out and if you still aren't happy you don't have to purchase the material, simple as that.

If he isn't happy with anything he or you should message Jake or the store (store@fakku.net) to get any issues resolved. And honestly users on here will all say the same thing, you can find most anything on the internet to read or watch for free. This book will be the official English released copy whereas any other copies will not. I like supporting the English release of content since it can lead to more diverse material being released in the future, plus as I already said the works are retranslated, in HD quality and the artists of the work profits as well, not just fakku. I've already bought some of the books both digitally and physically, there's definitely a noticeable difference between official releases and free scanlations, which is really awesome.

I see that you don't like the idea of buying such things in any way and only did this for your friend and it's fine to have a difference of opinion. Just do what you want to on the forums and it's nice you did this to help out your friend so I hope you can get everything situated. Don't really care how you're friend got the money and the only thing I can think to tell you/ your friend is to talk with someone about a refund if they're unhappy with there purchase. If they can't get a refund, think before you buy next time. I mean I've looked up all of the books I wanted to buy on here to make sure I liked them and I really don't care that I've read the stories 10x over personally. Honestly the saying, "don't knock it till you try it" works as well since he may actually enjoy the digital copy when he gets it.

You can complain all you want in normal or cheesy gangster talk, but you'll get somewhere faster by talking with right people who can actually do something about your issues in relation to the purchase.

If you can see the book forums there a thread on what to do if you can't access the books you bought. If you can't see it on the forums main page then something didn't go thru. Pm Jacob or the store email and give them the order number and they will fix it like chi said.
