Pretty much the title. Just want to confirm but does subscription transactions take a while to process or is it some other factor?
EDIT: Also, shouldn't the system automatically deduct the money every month? It did say 'every month' in the subscription purchasing site. I did use it to resubscribe again though.

You mean you changed the card info on your subscription page or the auto renewal process? On both it might be a time between months or fakku servers/card subscription servers are lagging. You may want to pm jacob if it been over a few hours.

Let me check my card again to confirm.
Confirmed that my cards weren't touched at all until just now. So, possibly had an auto-renewal problem at that time. Also, I did apply for the subscription again through the usual purchase page so I'm more worried about getting double-charged since I already have the record for the recent manual subscription process. Still no access to Subscription mangas though.

That a question for jacob. If you change the card number before the month was done then the auto renewal process woulda use the new one. I guess depending on when the renewal takes place really.

Auto-renewal failed; went to manually subscribe and problem.

The charge on your credit card was declined so the subscription renewal failed. I have no idea why it was declined, you'll have to look into it. It's possible it expired before the renewal?

EDIT: Wait, you said that the 'renewal' failed. If I am correct, it could be the one card that has a transaction lower limit and I'm about there. I also did try purchasing using the card that doesn't have the limit after that IIRC. It's listed in my transaction about it. But let me double-check in case.
EDIT 2: Yes, I'm correct. The card set for renewal has the lower limit and the card just used today has the transaction listed in my online info. It's labeled under Pre-Auth Debit so... huh. The card that worked is a Visa btw.

1) Renewal failed because the card didn't comply with the transaction due to it's lower transaction limit.
2) I realised my Subscription wasn't renewed.
3) Proceed to transact using a different card than the initial card used for the renewal system.
4) Did not get Subscription even though my bank had transaction info and my money was deducted from the bank.
5) I created this thread to see if I can resolve this issue.
