Can't replicate this on my Android devices, so I'll need more details to be able to help you. What device are you exactly using, and what browser? Chrome for Android is what we recommend using.

I happen to be in the same boat as the op, I'm currently on Lollipop 5.1 and it seems to happen with the stock Internet app. It happened shortly after switching to desktop view, now it's just a black screen for any and every chapter I want to watch.

I can't duplicate it on either my g4 running 5.0.1 or g6 with latest version on firefox, pale moon or chrome. Nor the iphone6 running whatever is latest on chrome or firefox.

I am having the same problem. It started yesterday. I can read the books that I purchased, but not the subscriptions. Using my samsung galaxy tab 4. Android version 5.0.2 and using the default internet browser.

Is anyone still experiencing this issue now that the April Fools scrolling comments are gone?

Yes. Works fine on my computer, but still not working on my tablet. No updates or any changes to my tablet since this was last working on 3/31.

Ya I'm having the same issue with my Samsung galexy notepro 12.2, or simile. When I click on any page I just get a gray/white screen with absolutely nothing on it.I'm using default Web browser.

After countless attempts of trying to get the premium loader to work, I'm still stuck on the blank page. Any way we can disable the live commenting before we actually click on the "read online" option? As the op said, I'm kinda paying for nothing now. Please get back to me! If possible, I can even upload a video of the issue if that helps by any chance

The live comments feature has been already removed (as it was an April Fools' thing), so it should not be the cause of this issue... I'll be investigating this further and see if I can locate the issue.

Also, just a note to anyone that on Android we strongly recommend using Chrome for Android, not the default Internet app or anything else. If your Android device isn't a Nexus device, for best results you should see about getting Chrome from the Play Store.

I've been having the same problem and the issue hasn't been solved for me yet. I have an Amazon fire phone with the fire OS 4.6.6 and the browser I use is the silk browser Version 1.0.653.107-Duke_77000710. Is this information relevant to the problem?
