Since the site uses Ajax that is why you get #page=1..2..33 or what ever Ajax can choke when requesting things from server. Not first time I seen Ajax fail. Just try refreshing possibly clearing cache.

i'm from Indonesia, internet speed is 1 MBPS, and the operating system is Windows 7 64 bit.

I'm from philippines too. I use vista. My internet speed is slower than yours. Everything's fine on my end.

meh after trying to change dns settings. finds out its not that.
hotspot shield DNS is kinda slow so it doesnt load.
use this instead of hotspotshield: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/15037-dns-addressing-how-change-windows-7-a.html
it unblock fakku.net from your ISP as well so turn off the hotspot shield you're using and you can read them.
that dns configuration works for me. dunno for others. good luck!
