So when fakku went subscription I jumped ship since at the time money was tight. Now that I have disposable income I've returned, but all but one of my favorites I had saved are gone. And according to a medal I have I had at least 100 favs. So is the a bug or some setting I'm missing that I need to change? Or something else I'm just wrong?

Unlicensed manga was removed quite a while ago. It was still possible to export your favorites list for some time after that to at least get a list of names, but this should sadly no longer be possible either.
