Multiple tag search?

For example, if I wanted to search doujins with specifically vanilla, incest, and shimapan tags, I'd want the option to search for multiple tags at once, instead of the current system where you can only search one category of tags at a time.

I'm posting because I could not find/see it - not because I did not look. I don't get what the issue is. If a stranger were to ask you for directions to the hospital, you would not tell them, "omg go look at a map u f4g l0l" - which is exactly what you are doing. I understand that Internet and technology is convenient these days, but I don't understand why it's so widely accepted to be an 'issue' when a person overlooks something on boards due to not being familiar with the community or website functions.
