I think he means he can't log in at home, and he's logged in on someone else's computer.

They changed the way they do permanent bans. Instead of deleting the account, they make it inaccessible.

Sounds a bit silly to me, all they have to do is change their IP variable (considering they are smart enough for that) and they will be back on in no time :/
But after doing that before, i must say it would be a little easier on the admins...

Edit: Actually, yeah it does seem like he was ip banned.. which is weird.. you'd think they'd disable the account AND ip ban.. not just let them log in from another ip..
