New colors for report and quote

I want to say that the new color for report and quote is awful. It doesn't work with the aesthetic at all. Change it to grey - something subtle.

I'd have to agree should be changed to something less flashy... Also can the rep buttons be put on top instead of under?

They look awfully silly.

Sorry about that, I forgot to add some color to the link when I changed it ><; I'll change them to a more muted tone (#888) in the next push. As for the moving rep above it, I like it. I've changed it on my end, waiting to see what Jacob thinks.
