[Locked] No reply, no refund after 5 times of money deduction

So, like the title, I tried to subscribe to FAKKU 5 times after unsubscribing for 1 month. All 5 times got the "transaction declined" message. I still can't access any of the subscriber's contents.
But in the morning I found out that my VISA card got money taken from it by FAKKU, 5 times. That's quite a lot of money.
I have contacted via both FAKKU's contact form and the jacob@fakku.net email, 3 times. It's been several days and still no replies, no refunds.
Regarding the 13 x 5 = 65 USD amount of money, I am in an Asian country where 1 USD can buy you a full meal, and 65 USD is a full-month salary for many people here, So I am getting a bit impatient.
I'm really looking forward to replies from FAKKU and stories of similar cases, and reasons for this unprofessional support team.

Every time I've had any issue with Fakku I always got an answer in less than 12 hours, usually less than 2 hours. This is very odd indeed. It might have something do with your email being picked up as spam for some unknown reason or his email back to you being tagged as spam or something else like that.
Just to be clear I am not saying this is your fault in any way, just trying to reassure you that whatever is stopping them from contacting you is not a normal occurrence and that someone will likely contact you very soon and fix your problem.

I double checked both the spam box and the trash bin. But it's good to hear that FAKKU usually does better than this. After the re-subscription failure I've been panicking about where to get good vanillas...
