Not allowed to rep

So over the past few days, whenever I try to give a rep, it tells me to wait 24 hours as if I had just repped somebody, except no rep will be given. Wat do.

Not care about the rep system and realize in the end that person really isn't important enough to be repped.

Something is wrong on the site, ie. The rep system is broken for me = feedback

Nope. I deliberately tested it after the second time it happened. Also, it will tell me it will be exactly 24 hours before I can rep someone, or sometimes it says 23 hours 59 min, which would imply that if I had repped someone, it would have had to be RIGHT before. I feel like I would remember doing that.

But seriously, sounds like a scripting error, but for it only to affect one user (or few users at any rate) seems extremely odd.
