Notice system isn't working.

I have all of them off except pm and achievements notices. Been getting rep, comment and quote alerts for 3 days now.

I've had the opposite problem; I've been getting a select few notifications not appear.

When Freak responded to me in my thread in Serious Discussion I didn't get notified. I don't have that turned off. And yet I'm still getting notifications that I responded to my own thread, even when I create them.
