Notification when a tag gets added to a posted chapter.

I nearly missed Part Time Wife because I track vanilla, but the staffer that posted it didn't originally tag it as such. If at the suggestion of comments a tag is added after the chapter is posted, it'd be nice to get a notification.

Good idea! I am the one who added that tag after it was uploaded, and it is true that it won't send out new notifications.
