Page Buttons on Homepage

Would it be possible to get page numbers and/or Next Page/Last Page buttons closer to the top of the homepage?(In addition to the ones already located at the bottom.) It's a pretty long scroll down, especially when multiple announcements are on the page.
I like to read everything that comes out (even if its not under a tag I follow) so pretty regularly I need to get to page 2 or 3 to get back to the entry that I last left off on. And when images on the page are still loading in, it makes it a bit more frustrating to scroll to the bottom lol.
