[Locked] PcTrafficAd problem

when i try to read anything the add that apears every time when you start reading the pages gets stuk it gest says 5 sec .......i hit next....nothing happens i change page from browser again the ad loads over the page and .......does anybody have the same problem? Help Please.....Thank you in advance
PS: i changed my browsers i uninstal reinstaled them/the same whit flash player......
