PDF --> JPG/PNG converter

Quick question: Does anyone know of a decent and easy to use PDF --> JPG/PNG converter?
I've tried ACDSee's convert option, but it just suck kinda bad (the output is very poor, plus there's no way to set the output image dimensions).
While Adobe Photoshop proves to be a great tool, it's just not designed for mass converts (it'll open up all the images for editing, but you have to manually save each and every single file--something I wouldn't want to do when there are 100+ pics in some PDF).
The softwares at download.com aren't helping either... the designers have the annoying tendency of labling "Trial version with resitriction" programs as "Freewares"... :P
Thanks ahead.

So far, all I've been able to find full, unrestricted versions of are PDF -> MSWord .doc
If you want one of those, and then a further converter to .jpg, let me know.
(I just don't think that the long process would suit you. Sorry I couldn't do better)

I have the full version of Adobe Acrobat (no, not pirated, fools.), and if you have that, it's a very simple procedure to export all images in the pdf file.
The fact that you're asking this question probably means that you don't have the full version of Adobe Acrobat, and I really don't know of any other means to do this.
