[Locked] Poor shipping, Mangas damaged, no real compensation.

This is the 3rd time I have ordered multiple mangas, which are so poorly packed, No bubble wrap, No padding, Nothing. I have over 10+ damaged, and Fakku would "accept them back" but at my shipping expense, even though it is their fault. Can you guys please pack things properly? In this last package I received from 17 books, 5+ were damaged. Fakku doesn't offer any compensation whatsoever. This is very frustrating as a collector.

first time i've heard books from fakku themselves are damaged. heard lots of complaints about poor amazon shipping tho. just hope your problem gets resolved somehow.

But regardless, there is no resolution. Either I must pay more to return and risk the same thing happening or keep them.

Coated in bubble wrap and each book I have actually bought four at the same time. Tight clamshell boxes or stacked and space with bubble wrap in the bigger boxes.

Weird usually if you show them a photo of the damage they just send you another one free of charge they don't really ask for you to send back the books I mean every other person who posted this question got the same answer from support. Maybe this is a new thing which if it was they would put a return label inside the boxes

if he's from europe or something, then it's probably cause it's freaking expensive to ship across the pond nowadays. was always a rip off compared to the shipping costs to and from japan even though it's a longer distance.

I'm from the US, and I even have a video of me opening the box. You can see there is no bubble wrap and only one layer on the top, with nothing on the bottom of the box. Just the books are sitting flush. Last time I received a box I: contacted them about this same issue and they told me I have to ship the books back and they'll send a replacement. At this point, I thought it was just normal. But I see that is not the case.

Oh My Sweet Summer child. Have you ever bought anything from anyone else? Even Amazon is out of stock on a lot of stuff and it takes him a long time to get it because I don't know how to explain things to people but everything is made in China and has to be shipped and for the last 4 years we have a problem with shipping stuff
to tell you the truth fakku has been getting restocked quicker than a lot of other publishers including viz. I don't think people realize that it takes a while to print a lot of books then get it shipped from one side of Pacific Ocean to the other on a cargo ship then get it from a port to the Warehouse then ready for sending it off like at least half a year in this to get it shipped from Hong Kong so it not being in stock for a year isn't and an amazing thing and this is actually true of a lot of out of stock books on different websites and publishers because they all get them print from the same region no one prints in the US or Canada anymore because it causes a lot of in your buying it cheap. Let me tell you the story of project h and the eight years of waiting for kodomo no jikan print books.
As for the shipping quality and wrapping of a book I mean this is the first time anyone has complained about it so could it be a one-off sure I'm pretty sure someone forgot to wrap the books in the bubble wrap. But have you ever bought something from viz or Amazon Walmart online booksellers you'll be surprised having them they're not even wrapped either volume three and four of nana which I bought for Amazon because I had a shitload of money on my wallet and I don't care about digitals since I don't read them didn't even come with anything but the plastic bag that they shipped it in Walmart Barnes and Nobles nothing either I was actually surprised by Jacob and Ben when I got my first book from them wrapped in bubble wrap with cushion paper it's quite literally the first time ever bought a book that was taken care of outside of eBay sellers. To tell you the truth if Jacob and the team takes more care about their products then some of the bigger names then. Since op updated his original post with more details Maybe since it was damaged because it wasn't wrapped they could mail him a return label. That probably be a good thing thing.
Edit so you bought 10 plus books into one box? I mean at that point they're not going to Bubble Wrap all of them because at that point the bubble wrap would take up most of the room so like a lot of places they probably was stack them in and surround the size with Shipping paper or some form of cushion like popcorn or those those inflatable packing bubbles. So are you saying that the box came bear so are you saying that the box came bare all 10 books raw dogging the Box?

This has happened 3 times. So at this point I don't consider it a "one off" They just need to pack things more carefully. I buy bulk to save on shipping. But it's not worth it with this company if they are just going to keep sending boxes with no padding/protection and then telling the customer they have to pay to send everything damaged replaced. I was sharing this information because it's a frustrating experience, and I wanted to see if others were going through the same. As for waiting for stock. I have no problems with that I waited over a year for my box to ship, just to be damaged. So just imagine my frustration.

Yes Sir. I can provide all emails. And also a video of me opening the items. I also just placed another order with 12 items. So I am hoping this doesn't happen again. Thank you.

UPDATE: the last 2 packages I received were packed so amazingly. Bubble wrap, padding, pieces of cardboard to prevent squishing. I don't know if it had anything to do with the emails to support. But thank you so much!
