Works on both Firefox/Palemoon and Chrome on my end...

Try clearing your cookies and cache, if that doesn't work then it's a site problem...

[EDIT] Also, what country are you from?

Have you tried clearing your cache?

If not, do that then restart your browser.

I cleared everything and it doesn't work. If I resort to using proxy, the site appear to work just fine but the I can't view any manga online because none of the image can be loaded.

I get the exact same problem when using Firefox, but not in IE. The strange thing is that when I view the source of the page and click on links to images in there, they load fine. It's as if the styles are only partially applied or something.
