any particular games? what os are you using? you unzipped the files before trying to use them, right? and most importantly, what exactly happens when you try running the game?

With many of the games your computer has to be set to Japanese encoding and you have to have all the Japanese fonts installed.

Are you using and emulator program? You'll need it to run the game. Daemon Tools is what all the cool kids are using.
