Purchased Content & Images Not Loading

Over the past two weeks or so I haven’t been able to read any digital purchased content or any doujin on the site for that matter. I can access the site, forum, and store, but any time I try reading anything the reader never loss any images (stays at 0/0 pages and the title only says “Loading…”
Any help or fixes would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

I've had the same problem a while back, they says that their payment provider has flagged my account as "suspicious", which is why I cannot subscribe to Fakku Unlimited and read my purchased mangas.
They fixed it for me a few weeks ago and got to read them again, but when I tried to subscribe to Fakku Unlimited, I once again got the "This transaction has been declined" message and I can't read my purchase mangas again. I'm guessing my account has been flagged once again as suspicious.
I've tried messaging them on the contact form, but I haven't got a response. If you ask me, I think they should consider changing their payment provider, it seems they have a lot of issues.

Update: Support replied to my ticket. The reply is as follows:
“It appears your account information was leaked online on a 3rd party website, and someone used that information to access your FAKKU account.
Please change your password to something new and we will re-enable online viewing.”
Just changed passwords and enabled 2FA and now I’m just awaiting the re-enable. Will update again once it’s been solved.
