How do you contact the customer service? Do these people actually respond to tickets? I recently purchased 10 volumes of manga, but I only have 5 books in the library. The rest are still marked as "add to cart", and I basically blew 50 dollars worth of money. This is literally a theft. Is there a way to get a refund or have the books available?

I’m wondering if they are having server issues myself honestly. I have a similar issue I flagged a ticket over last week and the first attempt at resolving it hasn’t worked yet. Just today I had to manually renew my subscription as well even though it been working fine for the last year on autopay.
Update 5/28/21: They have today gotten all of my issue solved. So long as you reference your order number, they should be able to help you out in due time

Is there a way to get a refund or have the books available?I've sent several support tickets before and received the reply roughly within 3 to 7 days (excluding the weekend) depending on the kind of the issue (e.g. whether it's missing items in the library or whether it has to do with shipping).
Also just today I have to reload the cart and try to checkout serveral times as well for otherwise it came back with the "empty cart" error. It did work eventually, though.

I had the empty cart error show up yesterday as well while poking for restocks.
It went away on it's own as I was navigating around, but still good to know I'm not the only one seeing it happen.

Similar problems here. After some "empty cart" errors I succeeded in ordering 16 books, but I only receveid digital access for 11 of them (and only received the download link e-mail for 7 of them but that's no big deal).
Sent in a support ticket, no reply yet. But based on the 3-7 estimate I may have to wait a tad longer.

Emailed Fakku Support first, didn't get a response. Put in a support ticket, received an email that my support ticket was received, but haven't heard anything else. Been 2+ days at this point. Would like to purchase more comics and pre-order the new Yamatogawa book, but don't want to purchase anything else until I know the problem is fixed, and I receive the doujin I already purchased. Definitely a frustrating situation.

I have the same thing going on. sent support ticket and store shows the order unfulfilled so I guess they now or will fix it eventually.

Also experiencing this problem. Ordered a handful of books and 3 of them aren't in my library. Sent a support ticket in and still no response after 3 days.

Just got my response, and the problem was resolved. Almost took them a week. I guess this is an ongoing situation for a large population.

3 to 7 days not counting weekends so 1 or 2 weeks at most
