Questions not covered in the FAQ about subscripotions

Every time I go to read a comic I have to deal with ads. If I subscribe will those go away?
Is there talk of a phone ap for Fakku?
Certain tags cause issues in certain nations. I've read that all tags will eventually come back including those questionable tags. By subscribing, would this act as a method of admission to viewing these tags? For instance. I live in America. I don't know if gore is illegal here (probably not with the Saw films) but for the sake of example let's say it is. By subscribing to Fakku and having you guys hold my credit card info, wouldn't that monthly charge to my account show up? And could someone use it against me in court claiming that's evidence I go to a site with that illegal content?
Credit card processing companies can be very difficult to deal with sometimes. In a documentary about Kink.com, The owner and operator of the site mentioned how they had to be very specific and make sure to not post certain content or else companies would object and not let them process payment. He claimed it was stuff that might imply rape or bestiality such as tentacles. Does this site have to worry about that and if a similar scenario happens would the folks who run this site be willing to take down that content in order to meet the company demands?
What does Fakku process as on my bank statement? Does it show up as "Fakku" or something else to help hide it?
Is there anyway we could set up a roleplay forum? Just curious.
Can you set up a couple of pages of some of the subscription manga as previews? I don't mean a couple for each book but maybe have just 20 sample pages in total for the site taken from 10 - 20 different manga so we can see what we are getting. Like one page from this manga, 2 pages from that other one, that kinda thing. Cause to be honest I don't think you guys want to rip us off, but at the same time I've seen some pretty shitty art and mangas floating around on the net. And just seeing the quality of what we get would be a nice way to assure us we are getting some really good stuff.
If there's enough request for it would we be able tog et certain manga chapters licensed by you guys? For example. There's a manga I like called Twin Sluts that has disappeared due to copyright or something. IF we got enough people requesting it like a petition or something would the site be willing to go and get the licensing rights to it to show it?
I'm sure there's more that I might think up later but for now this is it. Just to get this out there I really do like the idea of this site trying to go legit. Free is good but artists do need money and having a model to sustain a site is a great thing. And if it keep us all on the right side of the law I love it. Will he model work well enough to sustain the site? Well that's another question entirely. But personally I hope you guys pull it off.

Here's some answers to a bunch of these.
Yes, you get the option to turn ads on/off in your profile when you subscribe, and the ads are off by default. Also, the subscription content itself doesn't have any ads to begin with.
Not really, as neither Google nor Apple accept porn-related apps in their stores. This is why for mobile we focus primarily on making the website itself as mobile-friendly as possible, and the subscription content uses a different online reader that has been developed with mobile devices in mind.
Such tags are marked internally as "controversial", and any content marked with them is by default hidden on the site. To view them one must have an account and have "Show Controversial Content" in their profile enabled. This isn't fully functional at the moment, but should be soon enough.
This is true, but we wouldn't be here with the subscriptions today if some major hurdles hadn't been cleared already.
FAKKU shows up as "FAKKU LLC".
Later on there should be free sample chapters from both magazines and books for people to read as form of previewing content. Current estimation for the availability of this is toward the end of the year, but this could change.

Thank you very much. That actually does a really good job at answering all of those nicely. I'll leave this thread alone until more questions pop up in my head that aren't covered by the FAQ

I might be wrong. Been a while since I last rocked android.

it will have to be re-downloaded,
they can add "check for update" to the app or have the app check automaticlly so when new updates are out, the app will inform the user to download

Most users droid have third-party blocks so the programers will have a setup guide. Plus hash codes so people can verify genuine programs. They always do for the digital dls anyways here.

On all of android phone all i had, all i needed to do was tick a box that said "allow unknown sources"
then i was able to install any app.
on my G3 there is a tick box which says warn when installing app that may cause harm.
never had a phone that blocked third party app.
FAKKU can host the app on their website and leave a not saying to dll from their site and not from anywhere else, they can also list the hash code so people can verify the app.

That what i meant. Most people don't know where the tab is to unknown apk box is. The non tech savvy people will hit this block.

So here's a question I might have missed. What exactly are the perks of subscribing? Obviously we get access to content. But is there anything else besides that like some kind of special features? For instance, do we get some kinda star on our avatars in forums? Or maybe options on how we view it? Or some kinda special news letter? Or is it just content? Which would also be cool.

the non tech savvy can google their phone model to find how find the tab, in most phones i do believe it is under security.
Having a app doesn't bother as i mostly use my PC and sometime my phone, plus i only use the forum now
