Random Vs Serious Discussion Vs Incoherent Babbling

Soooooo~ I've been lurking in these three forum topics in search of information:

Incoherent Babbling < Random < Serious Discussion

Then Somehow:

Some Incoherent Babbling and Serious Discussion threads can be found in RANDOM

Suddenly:

(Incoherent Babbling < Serious Discussion) = RANDOM
*Random should be merge with Incoherent Babbling (just an idea)*

And still~
(I don't know if this thread should be in random or in the Incoherent Babbling)

These 3 are find the way they are now...

And by what means are you categorizing which topics belong where? Once you've figured that out, let me also inform you that categorization is not up to you.

Serious is what it sounds like, in depth topics and expecting in depth or thoughtful answers.
