Renai Sample purchase! Help!

So I bought Renai Sample (only the 9,99$ version) and I was looking forward to reading it. It says that the purchase is complete, yet when I open it I get the message that I need to buy it, even tho' I have paid for it. Please help me out :)

I think you need to wait for the payment to be processed, it shouldn't take long.

3 days (closing in on 4) and getting the "Completed" message says otherwise. :/
