Ryo Oshima/Ooshima Ryou - Katyusha Fallen Fairy Translation

In my opinion one of the best comics I have ever read if not the best. I noticed that none of his works are translated despite how good his art and storytelling is. Any chance of getting a translation for this multi-part comic? It's a rather long one.
