Some Kind of Error or Bug

Okay. So for a while now, every time I try to look at a manga, I have to click Read Online and open each page individually because when I try to click to go to the next page, it just reloads the current page I'm on.

I know that it's just me because I've had other friends get on here and tell me if it works for them, which it did.

So now I'm wondering, what's causing this and how do I fix this?

Have you tried clearing your cache?

Just tried that as well as clearing my cookies to make sure I hadn't forgotten to do that, still nothing. However, this time, it'll go to the next web address, but the picture stays the same as from the previous page, no matter how many times I switch pages, it still stays on the same pic unless I refresh the page. =/

What browser are you using? I recommend Chrome.

I'm only using Chrome. lol
It's the only browser that I like and trust.
Though, I've tried using IE and had the same problem.
That's what confused me the most.

Okay. So, I opened this site in incognito mode, and it worked perfectly. There has to be some settings or something that's preventing it from working. I tried toggling all of my extensions, and none of them seem to be the cause. I'm once again out of ideas.
