Subscription Error

So about 4 days ago I tried to subscribe but was greeted by maintenance issue and so I thought nothing of it. I tried again later the day to find out that I was already subscribed now though I wasn't able to view any of the content offered. Each time I tried to get to the subscription payment page I was just greeted that my account was flagged as Subbed.
I emailed support about 3 days ago now but have not heard a single word on this.
I'd rather not have to create a new account for access.

I got the maint issue to. When my sub was in. Every month it said it failed. There were more than enough funds...but it always failed renewing itself. And then I couldn't sub when I got around to it and talked to my bank. Lol

Same problem, can't resub because it has me flagged as already subbed. I was using bitcoin, if that's significant.
