i wanted to buy subscription but i always get the message

i dont know why. every data was right. i checked several times. hope you can help me

Visa bank card should work. I pay a lot of stuff in japan with mine. A prepaid and reloadable ones also should work.

thanks! The card doesnt say anything about "electron" so i think it should be a regular one. and i already payed all kind of stuff with it (flights, stuff i bought,...) so yeah.
hope we can find a solution for this problem :D

It may take a while, everyone is on a holiday break.

That way it's at least in the system and will eventually be addressed.

I have the same problem.
I used a myWireCard MasterCard (pre-charged CC) which worked when i started my subscription. Yet during this month i got errors when renewing my sub and every time i try to do it by hand it fails.
Mein CC Company told me that my card is ok and not locked/banned etc...
