Subscription misunderstanding

So, today on October 6, 2025 I decided to enter the website to try and access one single doujin that I found on X (twitter). When I was about to subscribe I saw the two options that said monthly and the other one that said annually. The "anually" option had a "2 month free" trial, so I clicked the 2 month free option not expecting that I was gonna get charged full annual price ($149.50). After the subscription started I quickly went to view my card balance and I noticed I was already charged, but as of now (11:14 pm) the payment is "in process". After noticing I was charged I quickly went and cancelled my subscription without actually accessing the doujin nor using the services provided by the subscription. I already contacted support through the website two times, via email two times and I also contacted jacob@fakku.net on email and requested a full refund due to a misunderstanding and unclear terms. My support ticket numbers are #103791 and #103792.

I got a reply from support and they already refunded the charge and I will get back the money after 10 business days. To be honest I was getting a little anxious but this made my day. Thank you FAKKU support.
