Subscription over before it should be.

I bought a one month subscription around April 2nd. I cancelled ongoing payments because I only wanted to get one month for now, and potentially pay for more later. However I now can't access any of the paid content on the site. It even says in my settings that my subscription ended May 2nd, 2020, even though that date hasn't come yet.

Yep, subscription is broken. My account shows subscriber status but everything asks for a free trial of which redirects back to the main page since I already am an active subscriber.
I see this at the bottom of the join premium page
