Suggestion and a bit of Help concerning sharing a Manga

I happen to have an English copy of the Digimon Tamer H, which Fakku currently only has a Japanese version of. I did not translate it myself, and I don't know who did ( I found it years ago online) and i'm not sure of Fakku's policy on that, but if the site wants it I'll gladly email it in... except I'm not sure how to or what exactly to do.
Just thought it might be nice, given several people have asked for it

I thought it might be useful to have somewhere specific for people who might not be translators, but happen to have something fakku doesn't and wants to share it- the suggestion part.

I hope I've put this in the right place, as I thought it was closest of all to a suggestion.

Anyway, would appreciate a response

Only admin-approved uploaders are allowed to add manga to Fakku's "collection".

For now, you could post it in the User Uploads forum for manga: https://www.fakku.net/viewforum.php?f=50 .

However, if it features Digimon characters who are underage (loli/shota), idk.
