switching between dub and japanese sub

How do I switch between a video's English dub version and its original, subbed? Like for Immoral Sisters episode 3, I see that some have done it (in the comments section).

You can't just say "Computer, switch to sub". You have to download an anime that has sub or if you're streaming (which you shouldn't do because torrents are so much better) then there should be a link somewhere that says sub or you google
"(anime name) English sub stream".
You already have the anime on your computer. Note: you have to right click once you're in the media player you use.
Japanese audio with sub but no sub is showing, Right click>subtitle>English if it's English dub then, right click>audio>Japanese/日本国 and then follow the previous instruction.

That's not what I meant.
What I meant was, there is not an option on the site while the video is being watched on the webpage? Because I see a lot of comments under the video where people mention they switched to the dub, for example.
