[Locked] Text Size and Color options removed

Well looks like text options and colors have been removed, as well as the ability to use color codes....mind if we can get them back?

Must be related to the fact that the img tags are broken as well.

Have a feeling that it has to do with some modifications to the forums' codes to allow and recognize certain phrases

I decided to remove the text size/color options from forum posts so that it is more inline with content comments. I realize this is a controversial change.

[ img ] bbcode being broken is not intentional, we'll have that fixed right away.
