Too many paid updates - Feedback and Suggestions

As a sub user, I feel that the updates on the main page is way overloaded with paid content. Yes, you just started the subscription service but I would disagree on the point that the main page should be overloaded with subscription-only manga. To be frank, this has happened even when Books were released as each chapter is locked and then requires people to purchase but that's minor compared to the current overload.
I would like to see all the sub-only mangas moved to a subscription tab with an indicator for sub users (maybe a different color icon or something?) to announce to us that there are new updates. This way, it shows that subscriptions are optional and that you aren't trying to force your users to pay for the subscription by overloading the main page with the updates.

I completely agree.
It's a great tactic to get people to buy the subscription, but it can drive away new people due to giving the impression that the majority of the content is paid for.

This first week or so the subscription content will heavily outweigh anything else uploaded to the site (we have 5 months of backlogged content to release). Plus we are starting pre-orders on the Meme50 book next week which will take up some space. Once the first week is over it'll be back to normal, and subscriptions will only be 1-2 uploads per day.

Sorry it took a while to respond back but after surveying the few days after release, it's still bad. You may say it's one to two on average but the amount that's being shown versus non-subscription content is still high. One to two is about as bad as it gets if the amount of new manga that isn't paid content is very little in retrospect.
I'll still keep an eye out and will bump this thread with my own POV if it still maintains such a degree in the few weeks to come.
EDIT: Or post a new thread, whichever works best.

As you mentioned, there was a similar discussion when we first started releasing book chapters as well, and I believe both of them come down to this:
The most common use for a main page is as a feed for new content. If you compare it to a news outlet, they typically don't hide certain kind of news articles, but simply put the newest one at the top of the main page. You can then navigate to the sports section where everything else is filtered out, but they wouldn't remove the sports related articles from the front page. We'll add a proper magazine/subscription section in the future (this is just a temporary solution), and I believe we should also add a free section after that. We might add some filtering capabilities to the front page, but as default, it I think it should remain a feed for all new content.
As for the number of uploads, we still have over 100 chapters to publish, so we are trying to be mindful not to flood the front page. At the same time, we also want to provide content for our subscribers. I don't believe there has been a shortage of free uploads, but just an influx of subscription content for obvious reasons. Once we've emptied out our backlog, the amount of subscription content on the front page will be 1-2 releases per day on average.
