Unfulfilled order on digital purchase?

I purchased a game and it has already pulled the money from my bank but I haven't gotten access to the game yet because, is this supposed to take this long? been waiting 2 days almost.

Most are at soggyroll con. You should be one soon. If not monday. Depends who online and not working.

They usually work monday to friday, and occasionally have cons, which can slow it down. But no doubt they'll get to it monday, if not beforehand.

This seems to be a semi common issue, so odds are they're looking into sorted it. Think they said there's a bug in the auto authorization or something last time it happened.
But yeah, either way, should hear back from them monday
