So, after three days waiting and no answer from the support, I post my problem now on the forum.
I bought some available digital books in the shop.
However, this is now my second order in a row, which was not unlocked in my account.
I ask for a check of the cause, because it is very annoying to always run after my orders.
Do others also have this problem?
