As I said in the title i know how to upload
I am currently uploading the Kimihagu CG into the ero-games section
but how to I name the images so it goes
Kimihagu 1-20 in the first batch then
Kimihagu 21-40 in the next one
other wise it will turn into a big mess with 407 images

I don't think you can. You may just have to have it be something like Kimihagu set 1 1-20 then Kimihagu set 2 1-20, etc.
The only other option I can think of is to go back later and edit their info separately and rename all of them to meet the desired format
