Uploading Pictures?

I am having problems uploading personal pictures into your personal gallery, etc. After I fill out all the required information for the picture, I click Submit. Nothing happens afterwards. The page is blank white. I am not sure if I am doing anything wrong, but if someone can help me out I will be very grateful. ^^ Thank you

The picture upload form is currently kinda borked. Rest assured, it's being worked on. Should be in working order soon enough.
