Waiting for support to contact me about settings

I contacted support on Friday and still haven't gotten any word. My request was about unlocking controversial settings. FYI this is my third account after fakku went legit (I had my reason for deactivating my other accounts) and I've never had trouble turning on the controversial settings before.

I think the staff is experiencing a high volume of new users because of coronavirus.
AFAIK the requirements are 14 days after you sign up and after 15 posts on the forum, but that's apparently changed a lot.

Thanks, I heard other people saying that too. I swear I never noticed a requirement for unlocking the controversial setting before

Basically, because of the high influx of new users, it's overloaded somewhat, so there's a small delay to some of the new accounts. But, they're trying to get onto it asap.
Also likely a massive influx of support tickets, with staff working from home, so, will likely be a small delay on them getting back to you. If they haven't already, should do by early next week, I'd assume

Wait, it doesn't happen automatically, they have to manually enable it on every account? That seems like a really inefficient way of doing it...

They had a fair few issues that weren't found until the sheer number of people we had, came through. So, makes sense that this would be one
