[Locked] Was anyone else double charged for a Fakku Subscription?

I purchased a Fakku Subscription last night and I was charged twice on my card. I've tried to email and message anyone at Fakku, but nobody seems to be responding to me. If anyone else had this issue, I'd like to know what you're doing about it.

Any advice on what to do about this would be appreciated too!

Everyone's fairly busy since we just launch subscriptions, but someone should reply to your mail before long. It's worth noting that you weren't billed twice for the same month, but rather payed for two months. We'll be able to refund you for that second month though if that's what you want.

I only entered my credit card information once so I should have only paid for one month. I'd like to get a refund for the second month too. I only wanted one month to test how the new service is going to be and how frequently subscription content will come out.

I understand it must be pretty stressful launching a new platform, so I dont mind waiting a bit on that refund.

I think I also might have been double charged but I can't tell for sure until the end of the month since my bank doesn't give me an option to check it online.
I clicked the thing twice after entering the CC info...

I obviously can't tell what's going on at your bank, but you should be able to check your subscription here: My Account > Settings > FAKKU Gold, and at the bottom it says "Your FAKKU subscription will renew on _" I imagine it would say Nov 17~18 if you submit twice.

I can only check the total on my CC nothing specific until the end of the month
It's Oct, but I saw cases of people that had been billed twice and didn't have two months on their sub time. I'm just asking, in case it's possible for fakku to check whether or not that is the case, after you guys are done dealing with people that have more serious issues.
