What skills does FAKKU look for in employees?

Hey everyone. I saw the "Jobs" tab, but it doesn't say what you are looking for.
I would love to work for you and would be so grateful if FAKKU staff could answer this.
My best guesses are a college degree in computer science and the ability to write or speak Japanese.
Would that be valuable to you? What other qualifications are of use to you?
This kind of plays into what degree i will try to acquire in college.
So please help me help you.
I'm very passionate about this and hope to be blessed with getting to know the artists behind the doujin this way.

There aren't currently any job openings. If there is an opening a position and some requirements will show up. [example]
But it does say you can shoot them a message if you think they need you.

Most common job posting they have is for editor or whatever, which you need art skills for. Maybe they might add another translator in the future.

Having prior work in scanlation helps. As they are looking for typesetters/cleaners/redrawers, just not right now.

Depends on the job you are applying for when they are available.
Typically the most common position that re-opens are typesetters and designers. These are the guys that go through and add the english dialog, re-draw sound effects, and do touch up work here and there. The skill required for that is typically inDesign, Illustrator, graphic design knowledge. Past experience in typesetting comics or doujinshi is a huge plus for that job.
You mentioned having a computer science degree, so I'm assuming you are thinking about a position in the web team. While a degree is nice, knowing what you have done, or can do, is much better. Experience always outweighs education level in technology typically.
Translator positions need a firm grasp of the Japanese language to JLPT levels.
The one requirement for all positions is a love for the industry, the artists, etc.
Just keep your eyes on social media and the jobs page, we post on those once a position is available.
