from the cover, I think this manga made by the same author of Mai Hime & Otome series, so I think just like its predecesor, it will have a quiet deep plot in anime version, at least deeper than in manga.

haven't read the manga but I guess I'll take a peek just to see what this is all about... I'm already seeing some bad negative comments here, but who am I to judge them... is it really that bad?

All I can say is this looks awesome! I started reading the manga and the one thing that jumped to my mind immediately is "has the japanese industry lost all awarness of what ecchi anime is and what hentai is?" Anyways other then that little note I would have to say that the story dialogue is strong and very entertaining.
