You can in the studio. When you set up the sex animation, set the male and female character into the animation you want, then remove them from selection (press the X in the field where the character name appears) and select the third character and have them do the animation you want.
You just have to be a bit creative. For example for a mmf scene, have the female and 1 male do the BJ animation, while the 2nd male does doggy style animation.
