That depends. What's your fetish?

Catgirls? Obviously, Nekopara series is the right answer. Decent animation, but short in length and it's mosaic censored.
Yuri? Either Kiss for the Petals or Kindred Spirits on the Roof match, but I preferred Petals of the two.
Incest? Then Imouto Paradise is definitely the one to go with. Very high quality title.
Monster girl? Princess X is the easy choice, and it's my favorite on this list.
School setting? I'd pick Princess Evangile if you prefer Vanilla, or School Days if not. School Days is probably a better game, but it's got some fetishes some don't like, and some of the endings are sad, even tragic.
Netorare? Please Bang my Wife is what you want. Note I haven't played this one since it's not a fetish I care for, but I heard it's decent if a bit short.
Historic? Koihime Musou is overall an excellent choice, and gameplay is a just bit more than just the standard HGame. The game features genderswapped characters from the Three Kingdoms era of Chinese history, but don't expect too much similarity.

For now I'd steer clear of Clockwork Leyline and Wagamama High Spec. I hear they're great games, but they are still mosaic censored at this time. I'm hopeful Fakku can get Denpasoft/Sekai Project to release an uncensored version.

I also recommend Nekopara if you like cute cat girls.

That's an excellent point also. In addition to being FREE, the game is one of the best vanilla HGames available. Heartwarming storylines (if you make the proper decisions), excellent characterization, humor, and more feels than you can shake a stick at. It's a bit unique in that the fetish is girls with disabilities in a high school setting; the title translates roughly to Handicapped Girls. One girl is blind, one is deaf, etc. But where it could have ended up cheap and tawdry, the execution is superlative creating a genuinely moving work, which is rare in the genre. Hentai content is a bit light, and toward the end of each girl's storyline, but this one has an extremely high recommendation.

afaik, none of the games currently for sale are available on mobile and on top of that, none were developed/localized/ported by fakku, so you'd have to ask the individual publishers if they can port it.

but uh, don't hold your breath. porting a game to another platform isn't easy, and is rarely worth the cost.
