Marle: The Labrynth of the black sea. Help?

When you finish the game the cat tells you that you don't unlock the recollection room (gallery, scene viewer) right away when you start the game in the New game +.. I've played through a few levels but it still hasn't showed up yet. What are the requirements to unlock the recollection room?

Sorry for the late response. I didn't see this until today.

If you start a New Game+, you need to gather the money to build the recollection room. If you're still unable to collect them all, there is a statue inside of the recollection room to unlock everything.

But the room itself isn't unlocked and needs to be built first.
