[Locked] Question about Maitetsu

Are there any differences between the steam version with the 18+ patch applied and the version sold here? If I buy it on steam + patch it's around $12 cheaper for me due to the exchange rate, but I don't want a more censored version of the game.

Steam version will have cencored stuff. If I'm not mistaken Fakku will sell the completely unedited version (everything in tact) but they are working on it atm since for some reason the game here basicly the All ages version slapped with 18+, which is not what was supposed to be.
