All you need is a 40 and some duct tape.
Duct tape both hands to the 40oz malt liquor. You can not use the restroom or eat anything while playing the only way to win is to finish the 40.

Some people at a party where playing, and one guy really had to use the restroom, so another guy after much convincing ended up helping the first out by unzipping his fly with his teeth... come to think of it that's all I remember of that party...
