Request section is for dudes that
1) are new to hentai
2) are new to THE INTERNET
3) don't actually know what they are looking for most of the time
4) even if they know what they are looking for, you have to pull a somewhat accurate description out of their nose
5) never check the thread again anyway
6) can't be assed to check masterlists
7) don't know what rs.4chan.org is, despite it being listed in the LOOK HERE FIRST threads
8 ) don't know licensed stuff is off-limits
9) make ridiculous requests like "TRNSLT DIS PL0X"
etc list goes on.
