Its not significant enough to be in "Serious Discussion," and it's not so irrelevant that it should be in "Incoherent Babbling," so I think it's in the right section.

It's one specific image, I don't believe he's asking for a series of similar images. Had this been posted in nosebleed, he probably would have been told this is IB material. He's sharing non-important information he found interesting and was sharing.

the crazy part is, he's trying to make his own series based on Mirai Suenaga. In AFA Indonesia 2012, he announced 2 new characters. So in total, There are 6 Characters currently.
