Even in IB and RNDM

Even in IB and RNDM i find it in myself to notice that there lately has seem to be a limit... a limit of how stupid a thread can be and a limit on how smart it can be.
if the thread crosses one of those limits it gets thrown out and gets put somewhere else or simply deleted.
but isn't IB for well everything no matter what that may be, because wasn't IB made so we could just dump all kinds of shit in it and have no one give two cents about it?
far be it if most of fakkuza on fakku pop into the IB and RNDM and have it to become our most popular and suddenly we consider it important?

If a thread turns into a serious discussion (smart) it gets moved to Serious Discussion, and if a thread turns into nothing but incoherent babbling (stupid) it gets moved to Incoherent Babbling. Also, I didn't even understand the second part of that post.

I think the reasons that some threads get thrown out or mocked for their lack of worth is because (even though IB is for things that are below the standards of everything else) this being a forum, the idea is that all threads will be some kind of "discussion" (in this case the term is being used very loosely). And frankly how many threads titled "I am Fish" with the OP only saying "discus" do you need to see in a day? For me that number is like -20.
